While exhibiting three Ayrton Senna pieces at the Historic weekend at Donnington Park Emma's work was spotted by Andrew Marriott and Rupert Whyte who curate the annual Art Of Motoring exhibition on behalf of The Royal Automobile Club. Emma was invited to take part in their first summer event held at the historic Motor House of the Royal Automobile Club’s Woodcote Park clubhouse.
This offered a platform for Emma to showcase her unique artistic style among some of Britain’s finest motoring artists.
With space available to display three of her artworks Emma decided to show Senna, Dario and Breadvan.
All three were well received by club members who attended the event and she was invited back to the Art Of Motoring exhibition in London in the autumn,
Logistically this was a challenging event. The venue was 4 hours away and Emma's artworks are large. A whole day was dedicated to delivering the artworks on the day the event was being installed. An overnight stay was then planned nearby in Epsom to facilitate Emma attending the event on the afternoon of the classic car tour - two adults and two children under two years old travelling for it - with a further 4 hours each way a few days later to collect the artwork at the end of the exhibition.
